Return & Refund Policy

At Kashmirix, your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us. We take great care in sourcing, preparing, and packing our products to ensure you receive them fresh, pure, and of the highest quality.

Since our products are natural food items (dry fruits, saffron, honey, and mixes), they are non-returnable once opened, due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, we understand that unexpected situations may occur, and we want you to feel confident shopping with us.

Eligible Returns

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or tampered package.

  • You received the wrong product in your order.

  • The product delivered was expired or defective.

To be eligible, please ensure:

  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) and supporting photos of the issue are shared with us.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Refunds (when approved) will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of exchanges, a replacement product will be shipped without extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used food products.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

  • Orders placed under special promotions or gift hampers (except damaged/defective items).
